It was a delight to have you and Harold escort our Baltic Cruise Holiday. Your presence made the trip most pleasurable. We felt more at ease by you being there and the interest you showed us and each person in the group. We noticed the time and attention you gave to everyone. The two of you make a great escort couple, and we hope to travel with you and Harold again. Say "hello" to him please.

We have just returned from a very wonderful holiday "The Scandinavian Caps" Cruise.

We are especially indebted to Shirley and Harold for their care and sensitivity in accommodating the needs of our travelers. It is almost unbelievable that we could cover so much territory and have so many new experiences in the timeframe. We appreciate the detailed organization on the part of your Travel Agency. The ship, the excursions, tours in England, accommodations, flights and even weather will not be soon forgotten.

Dear Sandy and Carole,

Thank you for taking us on such a wonderful trip - The Rocky Mountaineer and cruise to Alaska.
Our Rocky Mountaineer journey was fabulous and the cruise to Alaska incredible. We felt we were in another world. We would like to thank you for the added surprises you gave us - cocktail parties, dinners and entertainment. Everything was wonderful. We were also fortunate to have such a congenial group. We are giving you a "10" for the coordination of the whole trip. Obviously you have a very experienced and talented staff. We extend our best wishes to Carole in her new position as President and wish her well in the future. We hope you, Sandy are able to enjoy a well earned semi-retirement.

Sandy & Shirley,

I just wanted to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude from my wife and myself, for I believe, was one of the best holidays we have ever been in or have experienced. I am speaking of our just recent trip (13 April-3 May 2007) from Ottawa to New Orleans, Panama Canal, Mexico, Los Angeles, San Francisco and finally Vancouver and then home. We were treated by Capt. Sandy's Travel with first class enjoyment and given that special little extra treatment during our holiday by you. I just want to say to you, Sandy and Shirley, you couldn't have treated us any better, a real credit and hats off to you and your travel agency. The fact of looking after the little minute details by looking after our baggage, the charter flight to New Orleans and buses waiting, to the reception and cocktail parties and champagne in our rooms on the ship and much, much more. It is the extras that we didn't expect, but we sure were surprised and grateful for them and for all your great efforts in providing them.
I should also mention too, that Lowell Green and his lovely wife Deborah were also very cordial and hospitable hosts as well. We found that they were very approachable and social, and truly a very nice couple. We were fortunate to have had dinner with them one evening, and had a lovely time. We had some very entertaining conversation and enjoyed their company. We hope they enjoyed their trip experience as well.
So again, I would just like to reiterate, we can not express enough our gratitude, and would like to tell you that we will definitely be interested in future trips and destinations that are offered through "Capt. Sandy's Travel". We definitely had fun, met some very nice people, who we consider friends now, and carried back many good memories of this trip.

Good morning Shirley,

We made it home safe and sound. Back to reality after an awesome time. There was not one glitch. Michel and I want to especially thank you for all that was done to make this a most memorable and worry free trip. You are the best cruise agent we have had yet. Please thank Captain Sandy and all his staff for such a well organized trip. Please thank your mother for the wonderful piano playing on the cruise - she brought back memories of my mother's playing. Thanks Zita! Your piano playing is only surpassed by your pleasant personality.

Would you please send us any information you might have for future cruises either the one mentioned to out West/Alaska in 2008 as well as anything in Europe in 2008.

Again, we enjoyed ourselves so much due to our organization that we hope to travel with you once again.

Dear Lynne,

We want you to know how much we loved our cruise to Hawaii with you. Being part of your group meant we did not have to worry about the many details so we were able to relax and know that you and Jim had it all in hand.
The ship was amazing! We found ourselves using that phrase "on our next cruise"
Something we enjoyed immensely was talking with so many people especially at meal times, the cocktail parties & afternoon teas. They were such seasoned travelers with wonderful stories to tell. Having heard much of the Alaska & Caribbean cruises, we figure we must fit these into our future plans.

Dear Capt. Sandy,

Just a short note to let you know how pleased we were, in all respects, with our recent cruise to Hawaii. My wife and I could not find a fault worthy of comment.
We would like to single-out Lynne Fennell who, from the very first time I talked to her when booking the cruise, to our parting hug on departing the Ottawa Airport last Monday, was the epitome of what a "Cruise Consultant" should be. She is truly a credit to your Company. I likened her to a "good Shepherd" as she never lost or gave-up on a member of her flock. She was always clear in her instructions, confident and accommodating when approached with questions of any nature pertaining to the cruise. Her husband Jim was also a huge help to us and a pleasure to come to know.
In closing, I would like to say that my wife and I would happily book with Capt. Sandy again in the future and recommend your Company to our friends without hesitation. We wish you and your fine Staff good luck and great success in the years ahead.

We wanted to email you to thank-you for the excellent time we had on the February 4-11, 2007 Country Cruise. The crew of Holland American Line MS Westerdam were great. As this was a special anniversary our (20) we had high expectations, the entertainment to my surprise turned me into a country fan which I was not before the cruise. We also wanted to say how much we enjoyed speaking with yourself and Shirley. You were able to answer and give advice which made the cruise go off with out problems even with the Super Bowl weekend. We plan as a family to take a cruise in the future and will be sure to use you for all of our travel arrangements with Holland American Line.
