Owner and President
Carole was welcomed warmly at Captain Sandy's and
has gone full steam ahead ever since. With a love
of people and travel, Carole is determined to combine
the two to enable our clients to enjoy memorable vacation
experiences.
Carole is proud to announce that with the support
of Captain Sandy and his wonderful Crew, she has become
the new owner and president of Captain Sandy's Cruise
Holidays and Travel. Together with the continued and
ongoing support of Captain Sandy, Carole is committed
to provide the high level of service that our clients

LYNNE FENNELL
Manager
Travel Consultant
Lynne has been with the agency since 2000. She has
developed a large client base that she continues to
maintain and is dedicated to ensuring that her client's
expectations are always met.
Lynne grew up in Ottawa and has brought over twenty-eight
years of corporate customer service to the Travel
Industry. She has traveled extensively and escorted
groups throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, Alaska and
most recently, she developed and escorted her own
group to the Hawaiian Islands.
Lynne is focused on providing professional advice
and a level of service that encourages clients to
return and refer others to Captain Sandy's Cruise
Holidays & Travel.

SHIRLEY PAQUETTE
Travel Consultant
Shirley has been working in the Travel Industry
since 2000. The majority of that time has been with
Captain Sandy’s Cruise Holidays & Travel.
She brings with her, extensive travel experience,
both personal and work-related.
Shirley specialized in land and corporate travel
the first few years and now primarily works with cruises
and group travel. Her work history has always been
customer service oriented. Shirley joined us after
her decision to leave the corporate sector, go back
to school and work in a field she truly loves, TRAVEL!
She continues to provide a loyal and dedicated service
to her clients.
Shirley's goal in travel was to specialize in escorting
groups, especially seniors. She found
exactly that and more here at Captain Sandy’s.
Shirley has escorted many groups such as: Scandinavian
Capitals, New Orleans/Panama Canal and Caribbean.
She now has the experience and pleasure of doing what
she loves!

ANGELA CAMPEAU
Travel Consultant
Prior to her career in travel, Angela owned and operated
a Retail business in the Ottawa area for 13 years.
She gained an excellent understanding of customer
service as well as meeting customer needs.
Angela began her career in Travel in 2000 and in
January 2007, she became part of Captain Sandy’s
crew. She brings with her an extensive amount of knowledge
in domestic and international air travel, all-inclusive
package vacations, cruise vacations, coach tours,
hotel and car rentals. Her own personal passion for
travel has lead her to Italy, Portugal, the Mediterranean,
the Caribbean Islands and parts of North America.
Angela loves the great feeling of helping to plan
a vacation of a life time.

LAUCHLIN MACLEAN
Travel Consultant
Prior to returning to a career in travel, Lauchlin
has held many positions in the high tech field, ranging
from operations, through management and consulting.
He has also gained considerable experience in retail,
from sales to branch manager. Much of his success
can be attributed to his strong desire to work with
people and to help them find the best solution to
meet their needs and desires.
He now brings these qualities to the travel industry,
along with a strong commitment to customer service
and professionalism, in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere
here at Captain Sandy’s.
Lauchlin has lived and travelled extensively across
Canada, travelled professionally throughout the US
and leisurely through many of the Caribbean islands,
including Jamaica, Cuba, Dominican Republic and St.
Lucia, as well as Cancun.

Captain Sandy and the team have over 15 years of experience
organizing cruises to destinations all over the world. Captain
Sandy spent 10 years escorting and running large incentive
groups for companies such as Fugaza, Carolson & Jostens
before joining Norwegian Cruise Line. As an Entertainment
Director, Captain Sandy has traveled on more than 650 cruises
around the world and escorts most of the larger groups and
has a great number of repeat clientele.
